Our Design Team"

Because this is a one-of-a-kind event, we wanted to give guests, sponsors and partners a clear sense of the atmosphere and experience being planned before the evening itself.

While the majority of the images shown are from past events or other occasions some of the images shown are concept visuals, created by our design team using professional editing, 3D modelling and artificial intelligence visualisation tools. They are not photographs of a previous event, but they have been developed carefully and responsibly, in close collaboration with the event management team, to reflect the intended final experience as accurately as possible.

As with any live event, especially one taking place within a working aviation environment, some details may naturally change as the final operational, safety, venue, entertainment and production requirements are confirmed.

What will not change is the standard we are working towards. The final event will be delivered by an experienced event management company with over 20 years of expertise, with every detail planned carefully to create a memorable, professional and high-quality evening.
