Ticket & Refunds Policy

Ticket & Refund Policy

Tickets for the Royal Marines Charity Ball are issued and managed by George Walker Event Management Ltd, the official organiser of the event.

All ticket purchases are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Tickets are issued for the named event and are non-refundable except in the circumstances outlined below.

Refunds

Tickets are generally non-refundable, as the event is organised as a charitable fundraising event and costs are committed in advance. However, should the event be cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be contacted and offered further information regarding refunds or alternative arrangements.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. Should a ticket holder be unable to attend the rescheduled event, the organiser will communicate available options at that time.

Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another guest if the original ticket holder is unable to attend. Guests should ensure the new attendee has the correct ticket and booking name for entry on the evening.

  • Severe weather
